Michael’s credentials are impressive: a BA in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters of Education degree from the University of North Texas. His expertise saw him ascend rapidly, beginning with training real estate agents around Dallas Ft. Worth in 2001. His impact was further solidified when he joined the Keller Williams Plano, TX market center staff in 2004, where for three years, he facilitated training and tech support.
2007 marked a significant milestone as he established his proprietary training company. From then on, he has been traveling across the United States and Canada, delivering high-quality workshops and building a formidable design services team.
An ardent advocate of the ONE Thing philosophy, Michael earned his certification in early 2016, and since then, has been leading dynamic workshops focused on this principle across a variety of sectors, including small businesses, corporations, and real estate.
