Become Google Great: This is an in-depth workshop on many of the tools that Google provides for real estate agents/business owners to build and prosper. It is a hands-on workshop so students are encouraged to bring their laptop/tablet and apply what is being taught in the workshop. Topics covered include – Gmail tips/tricks, Chrome extensions, Google Business Profile, Google Photos, Local Guides, MyMaps and so much more.
AI for Today’s Agent: Students will be able to understand the power of A.I. for their business by covering the specific resources available to them from the ChatGPT AI system. Students will be able to create/improve their real estate marketing images for their businesses in an easy, efficient manner. The workshop includes specific marketing steps incorporating tools from Canva.com. Students will be taken through a ten-step process to create/improve their brand. This includes using a variety of resources provided at no cost by BoxBrownie.com. A very important aspect of this session will be to reinforce adhering to the real estate Commission rules on advertising and marketing.
