Thanks so much for including me in the Rialto Academy training.  I wanted to let you know that I have just finished the second module of Rialto Academy.  So far this is great stuff! This is the perfect intro to Keller Williams.  I have been an agent for almost a year with KW and even though the training is great, I’m a hands-on type learner.  I love the interactive video training!! It is not only informative, but it’s simple to follow.  Even someone who isn’t so great at the technical side of things can do this. It’s very one step, two step, three step….. and that’s awesome.  
 
I was an administrator and manager of administrative teams before becoming a realtor, so I understand the importance of good training since I was always the trainer. If my team didn’t understand their resources, they were not efficient.
 
Keller Williams has excellent tools but what I have found is that so many people are jumping into the listing and selling of properties that they are missing the real piece they need to be successful – and that is understanding your tools and using them. I had a realtor from another company just this past month that was so impressed with my knowledge (as a new agent) of the processes, forms, and execution of them that my client won the bid on a multi-bid property, just because I had my ducks in a row. I see the Rialto Academy offering this kind of info for new agents.  The fact that you can completely set up your entire social media profile correctly through the very first module of training is a great resource.  I remember that you and I spent over an hour on the phone working through my profile and I still got a couple of things wrong (my fault, not yours) but with a 40 minute tutorial on Rialto Academy I fixed those couple of items and made my profile better and correct! 🙂  
 
The second module was on Kelle and it reiterated what we learned in your class last week, but without all the problems of people getting lost in the process of not understanding their devices.  My biggest problem with the classes that we offer at KW (in general) is that there are so many people who have specific issues and want to ask about all of their issues and the issues don’t always apply to a good majority of the class. That is all on me because I am a fast learner and get frustrated when there are lots of irrelevant questions or people who just can’t figure it out. I feel like Rialto meets each person where they are.  There are simple instruction, solid information and practical application in each module so far.
 
I’m excited about starting the next module in Rialto. I want the best results for my business and the Rialto Academy is giving me some tools I’ve missed. Not because it’s not out there in some format, but because I didn’t navigate well to the source.  Rialto has it all in one place to teach me how to be a better agent  – more informed, educated, organized and so much more.

Ability to see opportunity and prospect for new business and respond to inbound customer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business and service our existing customers. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • This position is with a company that provides social media and website design support to real estate agents and businesses.
  • Experience in real estate and/or with Keller Williams Realty would be ideal.
  • The ability to work from a home office. Proper phone and technology capabilities. A home office to focus on the task at hand.
  • Report to management on a remote basis in a timely, organized manner.
  • Ability to effectively prospect for new clients on the phone.
  • Share the inbound warm leads with other team members. Inbound traffic includes calls, chat messages, email, and social media.
  • Social media must look professional.
  • Play well with others as part of our team.
  • Take a consultative role with our clients and show our customers how we can help them grow their business on the Internet.
  • Answer product and service questions and suggest technology that can help our clients.
  • Invoice customer through our billing system.
  • Responsible for collecting customer web technology information through our customer intake process.
  • Interface with the web designers to make sure they have all of the information necessary to complete their jobs.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Update our database with sales numbers and take thorough client intake notes.
  • Applicants must have enough time to handle a high volume of calls and be able to book anywhere 10 – 12 phone appointments per week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma.
  • Background in real estate as an agent, former agent, real estate office, or agent liaison.
  • Sales experience is a must.
